'Versatile....intelligent....stylish....beautiful voice....loves to dance'
Sara Nealley, soprano, is a native of Ardmore, Pennsylvania, USA. She completed her undergraduate studies in Vocal performance at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York followed by an MA in Opera at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She then finessed her opera studies at Wales International Academy of Voice studying with Dennis O'Neill and Linda Kitchen.
Sara’s concert work has included concert engagements in Scotland, Wales and London. Stateside, she has performed David Liptak’s Folgore’s Months with the Eastman Wind Ensemble and in the World Premiere of Lori Laitman’s “Are Women People?” for Eastman’s Anniversary Celebration of Susan B. Anthony.
VIA LETTER is a perfect dramatic entertainment for any venue from living room to opera house. Sara's bespoke opera performance is an opportunity to hear her
delightfully disentangling her emotions and identity through the music of
Verdi's Violetta and via other opera letters. The exquisite music and singing
take the audience on Sara's 30 minute journey of discovery.
